I also found myself running while lugging a six year old niece, Lily, and four year old niece, Grace, around in the yard, one under each arm yelling, "I caught me some MONKEYS" for quite a bit of time two years ago. It's well worth the pain. 
But she's so adorable now. . . she stares at me like I'm the only thing in the world when I hold her, and she just gets to be more and more fun to interact with each time I see her. Luckily I see her at least once a week, and sometimes more.

My goddaughter is 3 months old, and not quite 13 lbs, and she gets awfully heavy after about 5 minutes of holding her. Guess I need to work out more often!
