No, Sunset's DR is currently 0.

But, if they are at 20 DRP now, and they loose 1 DR for waning, doesn't that make them 1 DR, as Murrin said?
Or do they have to break over the decade mark to get the second DR?

Just an FYI.
I do not know Montresor's access status after business hours. Since the contest results were posted at 7:30 PM Queensland time, I asked someone who is in sporadic text contact with Lore to attempt to ask him to inform his brother of his taking first place in the contest and advancing to 5-DRP. I suspect he would want to know that as he prepares his submittal, if it wasn't already turned in.
Here's hoping the information gets passed along...

BTW, thank you all for your concern regarding the Sunset Court!
I do the math your way as well: 24 DRP to 20 DRP. That should drive 2 DRP in each of our Divine Rank Pools. And then subtract 1 from Sunset since Sunrise is Waxing. ... for now.

Not that it makes any difference. Xar would've fixed it when he calculated the turn results anyway.
