Kevin's Watch

Well the visits to Ahira's Hangar went way up and we were getting some great conversations going! We took care of poor Avatar over there-but oddly enough he didn't post in Current Affairs! Come on by if the Watch bugs again-we're the 'sister site' for a reason-I mean ya gotta have your net fix.

And it's really great to have a place to meet up when the Watch isn't working right.

Thanks for your concern Jay, but as danlo suggests, they took care of me just great, rescuing me before I actually got bored enough to work.

The Hangar is always my first stop when the Watch is down. Not only will you find quite a few of the Members here there, but you can get news about the state of the Watch.

Anybody who's not a Member, I really suggest that you bookmark it and become one. If we can't be here, you'll find us there. And it's just as diverse in terms of topics.

I've been locked out all day until just now...

I've tried a few times over the last couple of days. THis is the only time it's worked. The problem is obviously with he database.... and if it sometimes works and sometimes does not, I would guess the problem is that the server with the database on it keeps going offline (it is not necessarily on the same server as the phpbb files, which would explain why the site does not go down entirely).

I just finally, for the first time in what at least feels like a week, got through all of the forum and all of the threads without the dreaded 'could not connect to the database' error message!! YAY!!!

Hi. We wil probably have a few more glitches as they sort things out but hopefuly these will be few and far between
