Oh, it's just that you're a diety!!

*whew* I'm glad I don't come off as one of those evil, terrifying gods of Love. They give all of us a bad name. One murderous god of Love offs a few million followers, and the party's over for the rest of us.

Note how Menolly skillfully sidestepped our proposal to become a deity in the Pantheon world...

I could see it being a problem for her, having to hyphenate her own name, and all.

Name: Lord Adomorn the Righteous, Destroyer of the Wicked
Domains: Justice and Conquest
Holy Symbol: A silver mace clenched in a fist dripping ebony blood.
Dogma: "There is a stain upon the world. Evil and Corruption abound throughout the land. It is the duty of all men to purge this spread of malevolence through any means nessecary. Vadhaka Chorah.
God of Assassins and Thieves.
Symbolised by the Black Dagger.
Stealth and secrecy. Tread warily. The dagger in the night can be a more potent decider than the greatest army.
(Email is fine if it's easier for you Xar. It's in the profile.)

Deity: Nor Yekith
Domains: Malice and Mutation
Holy symbol: A black worm
Dogma: You will find out . . .
Race: Humans
Okay, I'm dumping 'Night' as it's rather cliche and request I have mutation or transformation in its place. If that's okay.

Not a problem... hmm, an interesting choice. I'm curious to see what you'll come up with!

Actually, I have had a sudden change of heart. He Lore can change, so can I!
God: Queeaqueg
Domains: Undead and War
Symbol: You'll find out soon enough
Dogma: Coming soon
Race: Undead Dragons
The Undead being a race is a bit weird because the other races can fit in with it... if you get what I mean. E.g. we have Humans, Dragons, etc well when they die and come back to life they are now undead. You can't have a human dragon or a dragon elf but you can have an undead dragon or a undead human... I am finding it hard to explain... I hope people see what I am getting at.
I still want to be on my large island by myself, please.

Very well guys, as of now we have a total of eight gods; come on everyone, the more the merrier! Menolly, don't be afraid
Norn, The Weaver. Goddess of Magic, Mistress of Fate
Maeror: Lady of Tragedy; Lady of Tears/The Hooded One; Grief; Lord of Death
Simjen, The Smith
Bhakti, God of Love
Lord Adomorn the Righteous, Destroyer of the Wicked
Vadhaka Chorah, God of Assassins and Thieves.
Nor Yekith, God of Malice and Mutation
Queeaqueg, God of Undead and War
Please make sure you edit out the previous versions of your god in this thread, if you decide to change something about him, just so as to avoid confusion...

by I'm Murrin
Queg, you presume to trespass within my realms. As you may have noticed, I claim authority over the boundary between life and death.
Hmm. On second thought, it matters little. I do have authority over the dead, and none may enter your domain without first passing into mine.

I am the new Lord of the Undead. I am to give the gift of Eternal Life to those who follow.

Good, we didn't even start yet, and two gods are already bickering

Quee, I think you should change the undead element as Murrin was first. Seriously.

Well, death and undeath are two different domains... it's how they relate to each other that depends on the respective gods

Hmmm, it's a bit too close I think.

I'm with Quee and Xar. Death is a process; Undead is a state of being.
What I disagree with, however, is making Undead one of the races. What Quee says is true. But much more important, nobody else can have Undead as the race among which they intend to be prominent. We can all pick Humans, and fight for followers. But, while we may all be allowed to pick Undead, Quee is their actual god. I don't think I'd get too far with them if I picked them.
And, frankly, they are a great choice for Love! Dying teaches what is truly important. How many, in their last seconds of life, say, "I wish I had just one more chance to tell my children how much I love them!!" Well, the Undead can have that chance, and they would likely lead a much more Loving existence than they did when they were alive. But their god can likely end their existence with a thought if they attempt to follow another god. Nobody is the god of Humans, and cannot tell them, "Your very existence is in my hands. Turn from me, and you will no longer exist."
And what is the deal with elves?

Bwahahahah... You'll see, someday!
As for the undead part, I'll make the correction

Can I still keep the Undead as my race? My is that since every race can die and I can bring them back means that I have ever race to look to. It like have a race called 'Living'.
