Oh I can't stand all this Emo stuff. I don't find the music itself to be unpleasant (it leaves me cold, tbh), but the fashion and the manufactured angst I can't stand. I found a t-shirt with this slogan on it the other day:



I really wanted to buy one, just to antagonise as many pretentious emo kids as possible, but I think one of my friends, who has a long-standing history of self-harm, might not have taken it in good humour.

i accidently bought an emo record. saw the band on Letterman, liking the song bought the album. have regretted it since. when on the web site and haven't listened to the album since. those emo kids were so angsty...
