Yeah, but the opening post said "no microwaves or toasters." However, mine is a microwave and toaster... the Toast 'n' Wave.

Well, it's still a normal microwave (though they have new microwaves that use convection heating that's supposed to eliminate that as well as decrease cooking time). It just has a toaster attached to it.

And y'know the best thing about it (other than the novelty of it all)? If you want to darken up your toast a little bit, you just close the door back up and press a button. None of that pressing the lever down over and over again because the thermal switch just won't close anymore. And there's just something cool about toasting bread with the push of a button. It's also got a separate setting for bagels.

ewww broiled bread :| they cant call it a broiler ;)

griller .. there can be no other word for grilling bread into toast ;)

its a little drawer like configuration in a kitchen stove .. not the stove top where one places pans for heating .. nor in the big cupbard configuration one used for baking - oven ;)

but the small drawer between these 2 parts ;)

the grill ;) or griller ;)

arguably produces the best 'toasting' outcomes ;)

but toasters are quicker and you dont have to turn the bread ;)

I like electric water kettles. Especially for tea but also when I need warm water for other purposes. Quick and easy.

hmm, I guess I do not have any kitchen appliances that I could not live without. Maybe my 'vaffeljern', but I only use it when I have visitors.
