I bet I could find a good used copy and mail it to you.

The postage and total cost of book would be vastle less than If you tried to buy it, or even if I bought it full cost.

Yeah, it sucks. Dunno why they do it. A book that costs $5 or $6 in the US costs me the equivalent of $20 here.
