Surely people should stop posting that they've guessed, and particularly when they were wrong. This just serves to narrow the options and make it easier to guess the Hatter.

Is the Mad Hatter supposed to reveal who they are once a correct guess was given?

Certainly the Hatter needs to say the Hat has been passed. But that's not the same as revealing who was beneath the Hat.

And Hatter, was being a gentle leader your first clue for us?

I whistled and to my surprise a friend arrived. He is quite unwell however so I must nurse him back to health.

You will all be glad to know that my friend has made a full recovery. It's a good thing to, because the two of us now have a job to do.

My friend and I have completed our task and returned safe and sound. there were a few close calls, but my friend is swift and has a powerful kick, and so we have returned.

I don't think anyone is listening.

Don't get so upset, MH, you know people are busy nowadays... you might need to crank things up a notch if you want to retain their attention!
