The admins now have the ability to add a small Ranyhyn icon to a person's profile, under the gender. See Jay's posts for example.

Kevin's dirt, Ranyhyn, illearth stone, Calm Horizons....

How difficult would it be to empower mods to bestow these little 'Watchkes' as they see fit? Seems like a very mod-ly power to have. That way we can reward posters at any time during the year without having to wait for the once-a-year Watchies?
