That'd be great! Anyone who wants to head down through Denver would be welcome! Maybe we can get have ourselves a convoy!dlbpharmd wrote:It's about $200 cheaper for me to fly to Denver as well - care for a road companion?Damelon wrote:Any weekend's fine.
Just glancing at it, the way to go for me would be to fly to Denver and drive down from there. It's almost $200 cheaper to fly there than straight to Albuquerque. It's a 6hr drive, but it'd be an interesting one.

Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one.

Based on the quotes above, I guess the focus is on June 1-3, if SRD is available.danlo wrote:'m going to talk to the film crew this weekend. I think real early in June would be better as I really am remodeling my house...so I can schedule it all to start right after that.

Ok, I just got word from the man and the only weekend he can officially commit to is the 15-17 of June which isn't even on our list of options.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

So how much trouble, exactly, would you dads get into if you weren't home for Father's Day this once? Are we *sure* we can't plan this to coincide with SRD's schedule?
Ooooooh, flying into Denver -- now *there's* an idea! I'm happy to have *any* excuse to fly into Denver.... OTOH, I'm tempted to fly all the way out to SF just to roadtrip with the Watchwomen!
Seriously, flying to Denver is way doable for me. Frontier regularly runs specials, and I believe Southwest now flies into DIA, too. Can I catch a ride with you guys? (The last time I drove over Raton Pass into NM, I blew a head gasket. But this time I won't be pulling a U-Haul that's too big for the car. So it's all good!)
I would be happy to bring a tent for the uber-cheapies who need to stay in Danlo's backyard. I've got a 4-person, a 3-person, and a solo tent.
