I looove sushi. I'm eating it right now: Salmon, tuna, California rolls, cucumber rolls, and tiny tuna rolls.

I love how salmon roe is like a bunch of little explosions in your mouth, and as for sashimi, tuna is the best. I also like Octopus and Eel, and my favorite rolled sushi is the Caterpillar roll at Ginza in Chinatown here in Boston. I love starting off with Edamame (soy beans still in the pod) steamed and rolled in sea salt.

Raw oysters and raw cherrystones in the half shell are also delish, but I also like oyster cocktail shooters--take a shot glass, fill it a third of the way up with cocktail sauce, add a couple oysters, swish it around, squeeze a lemon into it, and knock it back. Bam!

Fugu you Too!,,seriously folks,,one of my god parents died from poisoning from the Fugu ( blow fish). Years ago .it was considered a " gamble" to eat trditional Fugu in Japan..maybe because most of those who knew how to prepare it..were gone after the war and all.

Anyway, today one has to be licensed to prepare Fugu in Japan. And that is where I would go for some real sushi, Japan. If ya like what passes for sushi here in the states, most honorable one must keep going after Hawaii....well..maybe not. ...MEL
