I've been put off buying a house on the beach.....well what with tsunamis and the multi-million dollar price-tag who can blame me?

Florida is a wonderful to place to visit, an expensive place to live, and except for the occasional wild hurricane that destroys peace and all your earthly possessions, the weather is great!
