Hee hee, I know

I just never use them, and tend to forget they exist. But thanks for the re-clarification

But back to the discussion. This 'summoning' thing is proving tricky. I thought you could have the stone-warped as one of the evil teams, with them summoning the Giant-Ravers, but would that be over-use of Ravers if they feature somewhere else?
I have no idea what the Unhomed could summon. In the books, I seem to remember one of the Unhomed summoning a lot of small animals, but I don't see that being very effective against ur-Viles and Ravers

You may, if I understand you correctly, be confusing the Unhomed with the Unfettered, Cjr. Didn't one of the Unfettered summon a bunch of small animals to fight the ur-viles that were attacking the Wraiths at the Festival of Spring?
I'm sure he meant!

Can't the UNHOMED summon the jheherrin? After all, Foamfollower was The Pure One. I don't know if the muddy ones will do much good but it is a suggestion.

Maybe Despite could summon the Lurker.......& what about the Lords? I know you already have more
good groups but then
bad, but you may want to include them...
If you made the Ravers a group they could summon the Vortex of Trepidation.

I think only SHFF can summon the
jheherrin, but Vain was pretty good @ summoning the
sur-jheherrin... Vortex of Trepidation, I love that! I have sometimes refered 2 my job as that!

I think kresh should be in here somewhere, probably not as a team, but maybe summoned? They're not that scary, but I have a wolf obsession, and a horde of the fierce yellow wolves would be a good summon.

need to have the sur-jherrin, they would be cool allies, swallowing attackers, coming out of the mud and stuff.

"We out there deep in the bush when the mudmen appeared, slogging through the mud, mud everywhere, mud, mud, mud, mud ,mud..." (It's from a commercial, but yes it DOES sound like a Monty Python routine, doesn't it!

)

I was indeed a little confused

I thought a load of maverick lords who never really had much to do in the chronicles was a slightly strange team...
I
always forget the Giants were known as the Unhomed, not helped by it being a good 3 years since I read the chronicles. Bah!
I'm not sure about the jeherrin being summoned; only Foamfollower had any influence over them, and they never left their little underground lair. And even if they
were summoned, what could they do?...unnerve the enemy with their creepiness? Get Lord Foul's shoes muddy? Hmmm...

"they have furnished us with a feast of frivolity and much enviable discussion fodder"?

Thanks, Sky! Nothing like an alliteration-laden reassurance...

Ah, Covenant Jr., a man after my own heart! I've not seen the word alliteration in any forum I've been in! A grammar guy!

I am indeed notorious for my seemlingly limitless vocabulary (in the eyes of my peers

). It's reading things like TC that afflicted me with such a disorder
It says something about the nature of my colloquial conversation that one of my most frequently-used words is 'proliferation'...
