When you are a smart-ass to the point that Ramsay is, it is only a matter of time until someone tries to 'go upside your head'. If he is a big enough boy to act like that, then he should be a big enough boy to take getting his 'jaws jacked' when it eventually happens. I don't believe that her hands were the first set of hands that he has had to intercept before they struck his face, thus the quick reflexes.

Apparently, he trained in martial arts under some of the best. Probably no prizes as to why he thought he needed to do so.

-i am a supervisor. a sergeant in fact at the prison kitchen. and as phantasm stated - yelling at inmates is usually the best course.
and as a supervisor i hardly - if ever actually cook anything. i rarely taste the food in fact.
