I don't mind Jamie that much - he has achieved quiet a lot in young years and his food also isn't that bad. It's easy tp write hes a "sh*t chef" but without giving reasons why it rather makes the writer look like a sh*t blogger :p

However, what bothers me about Jamie's shows is the figdgety camera work - gives me headaches after watching too much.

My favorite chefs on TV are Giorgio Locatelli and Antonio Carluccio.
