I did it. I'm not posting the results because they had me going 8O 8O 8O (although the truth is it all sounded pretty much right!)

However, I sing this song to Sarge and CovJr:

You've got a friend in me
You've got a friend in me....

...which is kinda ironic, since I apparently have a high avoidance rating!!

Histrionic: Moderate
Narcissistic: Moderate

Dependent: Moderate
Obsessive-Compulsive: Moderate

Hmm...All these Avoidant personality disorders getting together in one place. This might bode unwell.

To be honest, some of the questions were hard to interpret what they meant, and sometimes yes, sometimes no. Work is a different thing with home life. I only recently found out people at work ARE talking negatively behind my back, but I didn't think they were before.

This whole thing would read pretty differently if I had any of my previous jobs.

Cag--I've found the workplace to be just like high school in that regard.

And Kurt was a wise soul. :)

This may surprise other people, but much of this is quite accurate for me. I'm a nut job, even though my psychologist is in denial about it. (Did I mention I was a hypochondriac, too?)
Although I am somewhat confused at how I can be histrionic and avoidant at the same time... And both paranoid and dependent... The descriptions seem to make them be opposites. Hmm...

Owlie, there's always Personality Disorder NOS (not otherwise specified):
The NOS diagnosis is a laundry list of all personality-related dysfunctions, signs, symptoms, and complaints that do not fit a specific personality disorder. Some people satisfy one or more diagnostic criteria of a few personality disorders ("mixed personality"), but do not run the full gamut of any of them. The only requirement is that the personality be somehow impaired and cause distress and dysfunctions in one or more important areas of life: social, occupational, sexual, interpersonal, and so on.

Darn. The hypochondriac in me (I really am a hypochondriac, that wasn't a joke) was getting very excited about getting to have several different disorders simultaneously. I know I don't really have any of them, though, because it's not ruining my life.
