 Absolutely!

In general, I'm a 'half empty' type, because I'm both a pessimist and a worst-case planner (I like to have a backup plan for the worst possible outcomes in any given situation). I'll assume the glass is half empty and getting emptier, so that I can decide what I'll do if it actually becomes empty.

The glass is broken, my soul is crying, your face is melting--the universe is expanding to NOTHING--WELCOME TO HELL.

The glass is half-nothing - it is completely FULL, in fact it's overflowing into the glasses beneath, which are almost about to brim over into the multitude beneath them (which are nearly full too).

(No particular reason, life's just good. It IS, and if you don't think so: you're not looking at it properly!!!!!)

Do you think each glass is slightly wider than the one above it? So that as water drips down from one glass it will be caught by the one beneath it? Or something like that?

It's not water, it's champagne!

And yes, some champagne-balloons might be a good idea *throwing one at Auleliel*

And why not?????

The tosser at the local shop tried to get me down first thing this morning, but I survived him and his rudeness unglumified.

(Probably a better idea to catch champagne balloons with your teeth rather than ducking! *lobs another one at ya* )

I considered trying to catch it in my mouth, but my athletic skills are nil, so I'd end up with a faceful instead of a mouthful.
*carefully catches champagne balloon in hands, unties it, and then drinks it, before tossing another champagne balloon to Stonemaybe*

Whaddyaknow! Shotgunning champagne - I never thought I'd discover a new way to consume alcohol on KW!

How's this? *squirting jet of champagne at Auleliel*

Excellent aim! But I think I've drunk enough now, thank you. You'll have to find someone else to squirt champagne at.

Champagne balloons...sounds like a huge waste of champagne to me. Most of it probably gets on the grass or in your clothes.

That's what a 'glass-half-empty' person would think. In a champagne balloon fantasy, there isn't any spilled that was meant to be drunk, and everyone still gets their fill... keep the fantasy part in mind, and you'll do better next time. 8)

It's in a quantum superposition of states - both half-empty and half-full. It will become either when an observer steps in and glances at the glass.
