I was posting on that other thread "suicide" and BAM, it went down. So, I of course blamed it on the sandgorgen...
(it was actually bad RAM, that's what hubby said anyway. I still think it was you know what tho.)

As in regards to feet problems a brief anecdote for your amusement. I used to play bass (stiil do) in a covers band many years ago. It was the last song of the night and then all of a sudden bam the most excruciting pain in my right foot. My whole foot just goes numb and the pain centres on my second toe. Now I have one of those second toes that are longer then the big toe and it looks pretty weird. (even more so now)
Well what the fuck happened as I go sprawling to the floor still with bass guitar still strapped to me.
Well it wasn't Drool Rockworm it was Black Widow. The appropriately named 15 inch speaker enclosure manufactured by the Peavy corporation which had fell of the table behind me and landed right on my toe basically crushing the tip of it.
Now this thing probably weighs at a guess 30+ kg and fell from a table that was about 1.5 metres high. Not that high but believe me it was enough.
I could not wear a shoe for 2 weeks and had to play next weeks gig wearing thongs (and no that is not a g-string).
Apparently it all looked absolutely hilarious until I take my shoe off and blood has soaked about 50% of my sock.
A quick trip to emergency where they basically said the end of my toe is fucked and it will get better eventually.
If Covenant felt anything like that I sympathise.
