For me it's a combination of markers. They have to hit quality for value and good service. I can make high quality food myself. If I'm paying for it to be prepped it better be right, delicious and delivered by friendly staff. If one of those needs is not met than I would be put off the restaurant. I'm also patient and relatively tolerant of stuff but I have had some BAD experiences that mortify me even more so now that I am in a retail environment that focuses on customer service.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....
