The biggest one I can see is lack of editorial control. There's a point in the videos from eFest 2007 where it seems as though he turns and asks someone to turn the camera off. Maybe he didn't but it feels that way to me...right around the time he mentions not "playing an authorial trick on anyone"...if you record and then publish you can keep accidental stuff out...if you podcast there's no going back...Seareach wrote:I honestly don't think he'd mind: what's the difference between doing a panel discussion (or whatever) in front of a group of people and having a live broadcast of a Q&A?
