To be fair, most everything I've bought the last few years has been $1 sale or $0.50 sale books. Can't really afford anything else nowadays.

that is why i buy mostly limited series nowadays.
you get the same artist/writer. and musch less expensive then - say - the never ending X-Men saga.
luckily our county library system has an amazing amount of graphic novels so i cna keep pretty current.
