The script presented here has been expanded and written for the screen by Phillip D Collins.
Tyson Aguillar is set to direct. A 6 month production schedule commences.
This is no longer a youtube style production.
We are going to do this as an independent release. We will secure rights to Captain Beefheart music and pay royalties to his estate.
We will be getting investors to fund the film, and setting up a credit system based on participation and setting film dividends.
Phillip has decided to pursue film making as a career and not go back to school with his GI bill money.
This project has inspired him to invest in this production company as his career.
We will also be filming psa's for the Otero Mesa initiative to prevent strip mining in a unique echo system that is regarded as sacred to the Apache people, and contains petroglyphs and artifacts that are part of mankind's heratige from ancient times.
We will be working with musician/composer Styve Homnick in this effort, who is a blues drummer who once worked with the likes of lightening Hopkins and who composed the music to the film "the Jerk," starring Steve Martin.
Styve has been a vocal advocate and longtime friend of the Mescalero Apache nation. Mr. Homnick has been recently featured in the local variety paper for his lifelong work in music and steadfast work for the Apache people.
As the sun scorches and punishes the earth, and as the fires threaten much of our land, so begins the great blessing of our work.
Four of the people involved are Baha'is, myself, Phyllis, Malifick Satyrino, and Styve Homnick.
We intend to produce great work for the betterment of mankind.
I am delighted to have inspired so much bountiful work from so many good people!

Maybe this thing will grow into a business that may need the talents of certain Kiwis who want to travel to New Mexico around 2013? It's nice to dream... and who knows where this may lead. I'm feeling a powerful spiritual fusion here and very many good things may happen here. Our little group thinks very powerful spiritual changes will be needed soon in order to survive certain native prophecies. New Mexico is where many incredible and important events in modern times have happened and mountains have always been great shelters in times of peril.
My friend and Schoolmate from Upper Hut used to always ask me why this country was so flat! This is quite a mountainous region! Even Alamogordo, in the desert, had very good rock climbing mountains where I got my mountain goat feet!
Here in Ruidoso I can take a hike to a mountain peak just by stepping out my door, and the footing from the garden to the hose is pretty treacherous itself!

Sooner or later, those hot Texas summers will compel you two to seek more clement seasons-- not that this year's three Ruidoso fires (yes we got a third one today; the downs will never be the same), dry riverbeds and uncharacteristically hot dry days has been exactly paradise; but we've had enough pre-monsoon rains to keep many plants happy and it is never uncomfortable in the shade, we get cool winds all year, even now, and the evening is delightfully refreshing.

keep me updated on your music, i can block some time to go see you play here in texas. even if you find nothing for me in the movie i still want to see it. tell people i know the creative monster behind it. tell Phyll to drop by the board already.

This is nice to hear. Copyright law is compllex and I am not sure I will always keep it, but I am thinking about avoiding breaking it from now on, even though I was a notorious internet pirate. (maybe notorious is bad...how bout just plain I did it a lot?) Now I am trying to hold to the basics a little more.

This is so wonderful. This is rouhgly how I feel many times during the day: the "end times" may be coming, so we must work, either to stop them or to at least celebrate our existence until our end comes.
