No, but you
are DPJ.

Now that Goatkiller666 has been made a general mod of Gravin Threndor, there is no real reason for me to deny that charge, I suppose. Keeping him guessing has been fun for the past couple years, but who DPJ is has been pretty much an open secret to anyone who ventures out of Gravin Threndor -- which Goat never does.
However, I want to stress to our new-to-the-Watch friends (for whom this thread was originally intended) that it is generally considered poor form to blatantly out people's alternate identities...or the identities they formerly went by.
Obscure hints and so forth....well, they are a gray area.

Actually, that is untrue. But, calling me a curmudgeon, which you have now done twice, IS frowned upon in the
rules
Consider yourself warned; I do not suggest you calling me that again.

Fair enough. If that word is a hot-button, it will not be used in reference to you by me or any alt of mine again.
Let us instead say that you are quite direct in expressing your disapproval, scorn or other negative opinion of some other members of the Watch. There are those, I will stipulate, who have deserved it heartily at the time. I do not exclude myself from that group...on an occasion or two. However, not everyone who get that treatment necessarily merits the full brunt of what you say to them.
In my opinion, of course.
On the other hand, I noticed and appreciated that (while this exchange has been going on during the past day) you quoted and concurred with a post of mine on a different topic elsewhere on the Watch. Thank you.

Had me going? No need to resort to past tense. I suspect you still have me going.
To address danlo's point, yes, Menolly and I are friends. The teasing of her probably has something to do with why I let ____ get my dander up. We all have hot buttons...
Looking forward to meeting danlo (et al) in June. Getting slapped around? Maybe not as much.
I know that ____ has said that his plans do not include Elohimfest, but if that should change, I welcome the chance to meet him as well. Menolly, who has met him in RL, speaks well of him.
Oh, that's right...she befriended me. Guess that calls her judgement into question!

I, of course, have never teased Menolly.

My
plans do include Elohimfest; they also include winning the Lottery. My
reality, however, hasn't included either event.
Yet.

Heh. May I refer you to the O-gon-cho is Online thread?
Just as a random example...

Nicely done Savor Dam, I'd given up suspecting the guys, and was eying the ladies as candidates for the Poet.
