Pfft, why would we want to admit to being like chars in the chrons... with all the fruit of their scary weaknesses brought to fruition, and their flaws laid bare for all to see? ;)

On the other hand... my husband is pretty much Lord Mhoram... <3

Chances are, I would be either Mhoram or Saltheart Foamfollower.
"Branches spread and tree trunks grow
Through rain and heat and snow and cold:
Though wide world's winds untimely blow,
And earthquakes rock and cliff unseal,

My leaves grow green and seedlings bloom
Since days before the Earth was old
And Time began its walk to doom,
The Forests world's bare rock anneal,

Forbidding dusty waste and death
I am the Land's Creator's hold:
I inhale all expiring breath,
And breath out life to bind and heal.

But ax and fire leave me dead.
I know the hate of hands grown bold.
Depart to save your heart-sap's red:
My hate knows neither rest nor weal."

hahahahahha! That made me crack up! Nice 1.
love is always paitent and kind;it is never jealous, love is never boastful or conceited;it is never rude or selfish;it does not take offense, and is not resentful.love takes no pleasure in sin but delights in the truth;it is always ready to excuse,to trust,to hope, and to endure whatever comes. love does not come to an end.

Brinn- "I will know the truth. Any being who cannot bear the truth is indeed unworthy."

I haven't thought about it much..

There are so many wonderful characters. I would choose to be a Ramen, if I could. They are amazing..
Though Hile Troy.. He would have had some fantastic experiences, sure the Warward was very lucky to survive at all against Foul's army, but after that he got to live as a Forestal in Andelain for thousands of years.. That would have to be Awesome.
Forgive my death.
It was my flesh that failed you, not my love.

In his own way, Hile Troy is just far too bitter for me.
Spoiler
He is much better as a Forestal.

I can't believe you!! Hile Troy had it bad - and I don't just mean had it bad for Elena. I think he had it horrible. Though looking back at snippets of TIW, I suppose he had some rather pure zeal.
...but after that he got to live as a Forestal in Andelain for thousands of years.. That would have to be Awesome.
Okay, point. I did think it was sweet that even though he didn't get Elena, whose appeal was "seductive as all the beauty of the Land," (that may be a paraphrase) he DID get Andelain to love & cherish. Don't try to read too much into that last comment, though!! Also, I say this having only read the First and Second chrons.

The question is highly unanswerable, it's not that much possible to name a TCTC character a person is like. For two reasons mainly - one is already mentioned, that it may be unhealthy to name one, though I understand some just don't worry, some don't mind that, or simply don't take too seriously.

Another one is that it will only be with some proximity, which can mislead. It may be better to name more than one - two or more characters - can help get closer at least.

In my case, Lord Foul and Lord Mhoram. There are some others, but these two prevail.

I'd be TC (who else!), but I'd get it all right and not make any of the mistakes or do any of the horrid stuff or be nasty to everyone all the time.............and stuff.

The First. That's who I'd want to be.... I think Saltheart Foamfollower was my FAVORITE character, but I'd rather be The First. Strong. Courageous. Dedicated to my Cause. Loyal to my Friends. Tender to my Mate. And knowing when Laughter is necessary.....
Incredible as it seems, my Life is based on a True Story.

That 3rd warrior on the left of course!
That one standing just behind and to one side of Quaan in LFB... gets back from the quest with all his extremeties attached, much kudos and promotion prospects (whatever they are in an army with only 4 ranks! )
Retires before all that hard work in TIW!!

He interacted for just a while and then went on his merry way.

A Raver is a good choice! Then you could be whoever you wanted to be! Working under Foul probably sucks, but I bet the job has some nice perks, too ;)

I'd like to be Pitchwife. Crippled or not, he's a whole party worth of fun, in a (to giants, at least) convenient carrying case. Plus, if you tick him off, he can just stone-ify you with his pitchbrew.
