I still think one of the keys to the whole thing is going to be Naming the Bane. She could ALMOST be reasoned with for a second there, so it's obvious that her nature is not 100% blind destructiveness, and it seems terribly evil to just keep this multitudinous scorned woman all chained up in the kitchen, so to speak.
I agree...for what you said reason, and because [as you might not have seen, posted being new but I and others have pointed at] she is also spoken of before madness as that which made pure and holy love possible. [roughly]. What matters is
how/in what situation her name is restored to her.
Or so the seeming/hope of some of us goes.

She seemed more drawn to dark thoughts though, when they talk to her. Her name and former calling will have to be presented very well to make her accept them. Covenant outright doubts the possibility he would manage to restore her to lightness.
