great idea. I think doing karaoke performances is fair use, but even if it is Lou Reed's handlers will go after me. A cease and desist order stops you cold, even if your case is going to win, and who knows how long they might drag it out.
Lou Reed pretty much killed any real velvet underground re-union by trying to force the band to his wife Sylvia's management.
This from a guy who can't remember lyrics and goes through some of the most apathetic vocal phrasings I've ever seen a performer pull off on an audience.
Time will tell if this is the same man who once fronted a teenage garage band called the Tots after fame, glory and rock'n'roll's equivalent of middle age whether this man is actually "Mok" from "rock and rule."

well there seems to be lots an dlots of star wars parodies about. (family guy, robot chicken,,,) so i think you are safe.
