If it's any comfort, my time zone is several hours off most Watchers, and if I'm not up Shaun das Schaf likely is; so there really probably almost always is someone on the Watch.
Isn't there an ongoing insomniac thread on this forum?

I woke up at 3 this morning. Couldn't fall asleep but couldn't even get enough mental clarity to do one of my falling-asleep-things. Hypervigilant. And I have an interview this afternoon...

Thanks! Somehow I felt much better after lunch and the interview went very well. This morning I was awake at 1:00... till at least 2:30 (a clock in the house chimes on the half-hour)... but I didn't get up, just used the time to breathe and listen to quietness. I don't get enough of that in my life, apparently. So here it is 5 and
I feel alright. (Another getcha going song.
