According to this logic, The Holy Order of TC Haters ought to exist also, not to mention smaller loathing-shrines for every minor character who suffered from a lack of confidence, the jerkass woobie syndrome, or elsewise fell under the spell of despite. The Holy Order of the Third Ur-Vile from the Right in the Middle Row of the Wedge Haters might be a smash success, for all I know. 
I don't think that's something the Finnish television has ever broadcast in any case.Yes, the ethos of the programmes were similar. TC always got one over on Officer Dibble, Bilko always got one over on his commanding officer. One of the cats was very like Doberman in Bilko.
