Wow...we got some eating to do once that I get the family up here with me...

(tired of staying limited to near the hotel and all of the places nearby, also)

Opa!!
It is made with halloumi, and is excellent. And you feel the blast from the flames as they light it table-side...

There's a good place to eat in Mooresville? I thought it was just a town to bypass on the way to Bloomington. Of course, that was 35+ years ago...

Haloumi flambe? Weird, never seen such a thing. Interesting idea. At least that way you're sure to get it fresh and hot. I hate it when it cools and goes all rubbery.

Welcome to Indy. Been here all my life and hope you end up liking it.

The restaurant in Moorseville is probably Gray Brothers. Great Pie!

Got a move date set. They are picking up the household goods on 5/23. So we will be up here for the race weekend, but without our furniture though. The earliest that it will arrive is on Monday 5/27.

I am up here until Friday, flying back for 3 days...then back here for 8 days, NOLA 4 days for the Mother's Day weekend, back up here for about a week and then back to NOLA to finalize the move and get the #^$ out before any hurricanes decide to come knocking on our door.

Damn...I am getting tired of all of this back and forth and I still have a long way to go.

The house is officially in Avon.

I live in Brownsburg, one town over.
