I'm sure it's just a matter of time for it to happen at my place. The GF paints, so there's always canvasses and paint about...it's a miracle it hasn't happened so far...

I gave it up years ago. Stag and I painted our bedroom a few years ago. I'm too busy for it now. After that, he trained one of our workers to do it and he learned well, so if we need painting we're getting him to do it. One nice thing about Nigeria is that people don't charge anything like I used to charge for services.

My cats aren't overly fond of having their feet touched, let alone scrubbed. I'm reminded of a story that another volunteer at the SPCA told us about her semi-feral cat that lay full-length in a tray of wet paint. The cat promptly freaked out and took off running, leaving a trail of paint through the whole house. It took her 4 hours to de-paint the cat, by which time the paint had dried so much that the affected fur had to be cut. The cat was unharmed by the experience, aside from some temporary setbacks in the hair department.

I never leave paint unguarded. 8O
That poor kitty...

I like the paw-print idea a lot, but I suspect it would be safer to get a rubber stamp and use that. Not as quick, though. But you'd get bonus points if you could find a really big paw-print stamp. You could then tell any visitors that your kitties morph into wildcats when the lights go out (which, if your tribe is anything like mine, would not be far off the mark).

I have no idea what you're talking about. MY little angels spend the night polishing their halos.
