I'm counting down to my next birthday, when I'll first be eligible for Social Security. Another 295 days...

Some six years before I can retire
From the prison. Then I have to find
Something from then to social security.
10 years or so.

270 days!
Remember when TOM was doing that thread where he counted the days he'd been a member of the Watch? What a great thread that was. It was so completely pointless.

Is anyone in fact 70?
I know I'm not. Still in the same age bracket as the last poll.

Aren't we all, sooner or later.
It's sure better than the alternative.

It makes sense that the vast majority are in the 50-59 age bracket. The books came out when that age group would be more influenced by a great story. The same reason why this 51yr. old is a massive Star Wars and Toklein fan.
Granted, less of a Star Wars fan thanks to messrs Abrams and Johnson, the worst directors that could have been chosen for the sequels and they nearly destroyed a billion pound franchise.

No movement for me, but in 2 years time I'll be in the last age bracket. I see 3 more have joined me in the 60-69 age group. I think we were only 2 last time.

I've moved up to the 60-69 group, but I'm one who considers the zero ending year the last of a decade. So, I'll wait to mark my group until I'm 61, next year...

I'm in the slightly less popular 40-49 category. I feel like a spring chicken on this site
