Well, it only seems fair to give everyone some time to get ready, i.e. time off, save money etc... so how about late September for a tentative time frame? Whaddaya'll think?

I will take a pass for this September, as I have to ask for all of my time off for each year in December/January.
(I can't even begin to tell you how many family weddings and graduations I have missed because people can't give me a year's notice and my job requires me to ask for time off so far in advance.
)
However, I do plan on mailing off my payment next year's convention in Madison this weekend.
