Northern Exposure is my favorite. From this list, I picked Star Trek. Since it doesn't say which Trek series, I decided it meant any or all.

Homicide: Life on the streets is my favourite TV show. The gritty realism, the characters, the sheer intensity of some of the episodes, the quirky editing, the grimy simple way the show was filmed, the Baltimore setting. The murders, and the fact that sometimes the killers get away with it. Putting suspects in the box and trying to get a confession out of them. Brilliant.

Of the list I love Buffy, HM's to X-Files (early seasons), Felicity, Lain, Stargate (early seasons), Yes Minister, Goodnight Sweetheart, and Ed, oh, and can I say Gilmore Girls for the dialogue? Yes, I can.
