When taken in context - that is, Gilden-Fire is the long-lost chapter our of TIW - it is absolutely terrific. As I've said before, any true fan of the Haruchai must read this.

You can get a copy of Gilden Fire on ebay a lot cheaper than $20.

No, the light in the Sarangrave was the power of the Lurker. Linden Avery said that the Lurker was like a Raver, but less specific.
