God, that was awful. I mean, I thought most of those people could sing - in fact, I've heard a lot of them do it. Why couldn't they on this track?

Really, Really bad. Most copies of songs are bad these days.
That Baby Can I Hold You cover is so bad that it put me off the original one, I always skip past it now as I can hear Ronan Keating (a man born with the amazing ability to make money by honking like a goose) in my head whenever it's on.

Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Poison, Warrant, Ratt, Dokken ohhhh the list goes on and on. Basically any poser with big hair who ever sang limp radio sanitised "rock" (Yeah, right) songs about what they do in the backs of cars, etc, etc,. while often ensuring the considerable musical talent of their bandmates is buried beneath the horrible rotting stench of their insatiable deisre to appeal to the lowest common denominator ohhh I hate them. I hate them, I hate them, I hate them. Nasty, parasitic, grubby, smelly, stinking pieces of filthy, syphilitic ordure, death's too good for the bastards but string them up anyway aaaarrrggghhhhhhh.

Ahhh, I feel much better now I've got that off my chest.

What a shame to hear. I'm very fond of the original Band Aid, but I haven't listened to the new version. Now I'm not sure I want to. 8O
