That's right, you finished the whole six books before the rest of us were halfway through LFB! You are a really fast reader, Earthy! I am going to go back to bed in a few minutes and start reading! You have inspired me!

Well I always find it very difficult to put down any SRD book as well. This is usually worst during the WGW, when I have built momentum during TOT. However I do not think it should be any problem reading a chapter or two once more.

For you, it's probably a re-re-re^15-read.

Is this for both the Prologue and Chapter 1 or just Chapter 1?

Well, MN is one of my favorites of all time...

I will start the group read topic for chapers 4, and possibly 5, later today.
I IM'd with Skyweir about it earlier today, having noted that our MN discussion seems to have stalled, for the moment.
I want to re-read the chapters before I post, though, so stay tuned for the continuing group read discussion of MN...

I will be leaving town tomorrow for a few days, but will try to get the next chapter up on my return...of course, if anyone else wants to tackle it, that will be fine, too.

Hi everyone,
I am new here. Well, really I've been coming to Kevin's Watch for a couple of years - ever since I read TCTC the first time. I've always enjoyed reading the posts, but of course am too shy to post.
However, I have just read Mordant's Need and I loved it! Seems like you all were having some trouble getting people into this forum, so I thought I'd join up.
I would be willing to do a chapter or 2 for this group read. Just let me know which ones you need covered!
Until next time!

Awesome!
I can pick up with ch 14 & 15 after we get done with 13.
This is good because I can get caught up on my homework before we get there!!
I really love reading all of your thoughts and comments. It is hard to find a good discussion board when it comes to books and authors, I think. I am a big Tolkein fan, but I never enjoyed Tolkein discussion boards because people just seem to argue incessantly about everything (ie. do Balrogs have wings? or Who was Tom Bombadil really??)
So I really like coming here because everyone is so pleasant and polite to each other! Plus the discussions are more interesting -- I guess we can thank the books for that!
Yay!

Feel free to jump in on the 'Dissecting the Land' topics too!
