I pronounce caesure as "seizure". A deliberate play on both "caesura" and "seizure."

I pronounce it "see-zhur" (like "seizure") or sometimes "say-zhur".

As Joan was found at the
"sea-shore" it seems obvious this pronounciation can also be used.
