I'm going to hold out hope for both films, although I think there's a much better chance that "Rocky VI" will be the superior film.
Actually he didn't win that. Although Rocky did win three Oscars: for Best Picture (beating Taxi Driver), Best Director, and Film Editing.

If Rocky Balboa is done as well as the original, unlike the dross that followed, it could be a really good movie. I just can't conceive of a storyline about a sixty year old boxer that would appeal.

I've been listening to the soundtrack from "Rocky," getting ready to watch "Rocky Balboa." It's one of my all-time favorite soundtracks, I must be on my 3rd copy by now.

The Rocky IV soundtrack is awesome.
I watched the movie the other night just for the music.

(I "love" how Rocky fights. Nothing like continually blocking punches with your head! It must be to protect his....um......anyone have any idea? )

his head is like a diamond, indestructable. and now he won't be able to move at all in the ring. they may have to put him on wheels.

 Yes indeed! As I once read, Rocky's technique is a rare and obscure one that involves wearing down his opponent's fists using his face.

I saw "Rocky Balboa" last night, and thought it a fitting end to the series. I rank it 3rd after Rocky I and II ( the other movies don't exist as far as I'm concerned.)
