Luminarias are beautiful in the snow. We've tried them a couple of years. :hearts:

One tradition I have (which I did not mention because I had been thinking of my family's Christmas traditions when I first posted in this thread) is going to see a friend in concert. :) He sings in a choir for gay men and they always have a great concert, a cool mixture of hymns and funny stuff. 8) A couple of years ago he made me cry - they had a song for families and he asked me to come up along with his wife, and we were his family. He put one arm around each of us and sang his heart out. :hearts:
Love as thou wilt.

My best friend and I always get together on Christmas Eve, and we've done so for 20 years now. We exchange a simple gift, then watch A Christmas Story (OH FFFFFUUUUUUUDDDDDGGGEEEE!) I kick his ass at Trivial Pursuit, we break out the intruments (I play guitar, he plays mandolin so it's bluegrass jam time!)

My wife and I always try to watch the George C Scott version of A Christmas Carol. We think GCS does the best Scrooge ever!

My girls are too young yet to have our own traditions, but I'm looking forward to making those.

I have to work every 3rd Christmas, and this year it's my turn. Fortunately, we're only open for 6 hours on holidays, so it won't be too bad.
