In my current re-read of ROTE, I noticed in Stave's diatribe to Linden in Mithil Stonedown, when he is condemning Earthpower, he is making pointed reference to Caer-Caveral being the last Forestal, and clearly states that there are no more.

Didn't catch that the first 2 times I read the book.

Therefore, I once again reassert my opinion that we will see no more Forestals.
