I'm not sure what the ETA is for opening the bank. I don't know all of the details about why Vain closed it in the first place, so I think I'll leave the decision up to him. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the recent hacker attack and following message board upgrade. It probably won't be too much longer, though. Have patience. Heh.-jay
