So I made a decision about what to put in one player's results that I think will be pretty exciting for them. It's time to kick things up a notch.

There is very little left to do to finish writing this turn. Results will arrive (I guarantee it) sometime tomorrow.

I have to apologise once again for the very long delay on this turn. It is not fair at all that I ask the four of you to follow a strict deadline for turn submissions and then take so much time to do my part. I will make sure to prioritise finishing the turns from now on.

Deadline for turn 6 is now Monday the 4th of February.

Didn't expect it, either. Would've had to be serious random events for me to get anything.

Starting Faith was 15. I am almost certain I updated all the numbers back on Christmas eve when I first went through the results, but I'm dumb enough that I never record all of the old values (I have Faith numbers, but not population).

Haha. Good luck with that, but I feel like I should warn you whatever number you reach will be more of a ballpark.

Yeah, I have the general ideas of future turns written up already.

I suppose you have had more than 2 months to think about it.

Fist does that in the first 30min after getting his results. I think he's had three or four future turns already plotted out for Inferno, just needing to be tweaked based on the next cycle of results.

It's like watching really good chess players vs. not good ones, on the competitive clock thing. One player sits and thinks, then finally moves a piece. The other guy comes back from the other room, moves his piece immediately, and hits the button. I hate that smug bastard on TV, and I hate him when it's Fist.

The silence in this forum can be frustrating sometimes. I wish I could find a way to encourage public writing and conversation in the game, but the setup doesn't really encourage it. (Though there's nothing stopping in-character conversations happening once you more fully make contact with each other.)

In other news, I'm instituting a new rule in the game, but this time it is directed toward the game master. From now on, if turn results are not processed and returned within 7 days, all players will be granted an additional boon.

How about as many different boons as their are players, and we get to choose which we want, starting with whoever submitted first.

Nope. You just get some random goodie each.

By which I mean that will never happen, because I'm not gonna mis a deadline.

If we EACH get a goodie, it's even... the arms race is maintained while at the same time making us feel special.
