Have you ever heard of chain crusades? God A's fanatics launch a crusade against god B, whose fanatics have in the meanwhile launched a crusade against god C, whose own fanatics have decided to launch a crusade against god D?

And who knows whether maybe some of those deities actually WANTED a crusade...

That's what happens with high contentment I gather...

I guess it is appropriate since I am currently reading "House of Chains" by Steven Erikson.

Of course some are intentional. Theres always a cold hearted prick who will do anything to cull some fanatics.

I just give mine a city and let anyone stupid enough to go near it go near it :P

Here's another couple of cryptic hints...

1) There's a deity who, due to the fact that a specific event has happened no less than four times this turn alone, and due to his/her own luck with the other random events, saw his/her followers skyrocketing... in other words, his/her follower total was bumped up by at least 6,000 followers in just one turn!

2) In the Hall of Lost Worlds, I suspect that one First Age deity and one Second Age deity are looking each other in the eyes and congratulating each other, laughing fondly at one event that just happened in Eiran (even though whoever gets that event will likely not even realize I'm talking about it ;) ).

I'll send some followers over to start the hot waxing right away. You do like your waxing extra hot, right? Do you want soothing or stinging salve for after you all have been waxed? :P

Excellent! That's the spirit. Full body waxings for the entire Sunrise court!

Note to self.... send three followers for waxing Zephyr's back.... 8O :P

Just as a teeny tiny note... for all of you out there who have zealots, keep in mind the following:

1) Zealots bring in converts, but will launch crusades and epuration campaigns every time they want (which is pretty much almost all the time). And the funny thing about zealots is that they don't care about Courts or alliances... anyone who does not worship you is an unbeliever and needs to be destroyed!

2) Zealots have an unpleasant tendency to swell in numbers if one doesn't stop them... BUT unless you actually ask me, you won't get any numbers from me ;) I measure zealots as a percentage of your total worshipers - who knows what happens when a deity gets 100% zealots...

Two Lords of Eiran have made their appearance! One of the two affected gods might be glad of the result, the other... not so much. But remember the deity I mentioned earlier, who grew over 6,000 followers? Well, thanks to the appearance of one of these two Lords, he/she has now grown over 9,000 followers!
