I did not say that I would attack you Asta, I have simply stated in a MUCH humbler manner than you have EVER expressed, not to keep insulting me. And yet you continue.

On a side note, this season I investigated a temporal disturbance that I am sure was noticed by more of the Pantheon than myself. This is what was revealed to me:
Allfather wrote:The slumbering creature is not of Eiran, but exists somehow in a different plane of existence; it is a creature of unfathomable appetites and terrible power, which, if it ever awakened, could swallow gods or even worlds to sate its unholy hunger. Its origins are unknown, but it is older than any of the current deities, save perhaps Simjen - and Astavyastataa Kadna, if he truly predates the worlds. It is known as the Atreth.
This is not good news siblings.

A Planar beast. I have heard stories of such a creature from my fathers time, and the mists of Erian's past.

If somebody can hatch a plan to guarantee its slumber, I will donate my aid.

Can we not DESTROY it? :? Sufficiently powered?

As to sleep, perhaps Mithyaat Vam can capture it in dreams and bring it back to slumber ... do you know any more details cousin Vadhaka?

I do not recall this creature ... but unconstrained by my SISTER ... it is probably too insignificant to have caught my attention.

I, personally would much rather rear this creature and make it my own. Give it a nice name like Steve and feed it every day. Build Steve a good house, maybe somewhere north of the Immeril desert, make sure it has plenty of squeeker toys and fun. Oh Steve, what wonderful time you and I will have. ::Dreamy sigh::

Is that your answer for EYERTHING?

If we fail to kill it in ONE blow, it will awaken and devour the world. I will not support anything less than garunteed success.

That sounds like a good idea. Any more light from either of you? MV or Vadhaka?

An excellent idea brother.

I fear what details I remember are sketchy at best. I am fairly certain however that to attempt a direct attack on it would be extremely dangerous. Perhaps to the whole of reality. Clearly this matter needs more investigation.

Yeah, that ideas nice and all, but I got a better one...

Okay, we can get Bhakti to have this beasty fall in Love with me. You following me so far? Good. With a little Luck brought to you by yours truly, it's almost sure to work. We can even use a little bit of Lord Abomination's Protection to make sure it can go off without a hitch!

Come on, what do ya say? I promise I'll take great care of it! It won't be destroying too many cities or eating too many followers, I swear! ::Jumps up and down::

Aww, Lord Addwrong, what's so bad about little ol' me having control over a harmless, little, insignificant pet that can just so happen to eat gods and the what not? I mean, surely there are better things to be watching out for then Steve. Like.. uh... Pink Dragons.

I have said from the first that I will stop Nor from causing unalterble change in the world. It is not just his past actions effects that worried me, but the future effects as well. Just because he is gone does not mean that such effects will not linger. And I do not doubt that the new Goddess of Mutation will reverse her beloveds work, just for my sake.

I am acting within my own scope of Honor, siblings, and I will not stand by and allow you to belittle that. I am doing no more than I have always said I would, only now it seems that I frighten some of you. Without being chained down from my duty, you think I will go on some rampage? I will do no such thing.

Nor is and always has been my fight. This is just a continuation of that fight.
Melirelle

You speak good words, God of Combat, but your army's actions betray you. Do you deny ordering them to slaughter any mutated living being in Nor Pupae, no matter whether a soldier or not? Surely many of the gods who were involved in the deconstruction of the Star of Yekith saw your armies murdering children, women and civilians as they cut a swath of destruction through the leaderless Nor Pupae: and you claim that is Honor? What have you accomplished thus far, except managing to rally the people of Nor Pupae against you due to the onslaught, and strengthen the God of Destruction with your war? And who are you to make demands of other gods, to pick or drop domains or incur in your wrath? Khenstorn isn't yours, God of Combat, and it will never be: Nor Yekith's people were in disarray, but your attack has given them unity and purpose, as your army is beginning to discover. Retreat from Khenstorn while you can, for your people will not survive the massed armies of Nor Yekith, and they have slaughtered many of my followers as well - something for which you promised reparations. Do you now intend to come against me too, God of Combat? Battle may strengthen you, but be assured that the toll of such a venture will be high for your people.

AllFather wrote: The power of Maeror washes over your undead, and tears the souls of those who were most distressed by their resurrection from their bodies, causing their undead shells to crumble into dust and taking those souls back into the afterlife.

A large group of Maeror's followers declares a crusade against you, destroying all mindless undead they can find, and apprehending all those with minds.
Lord of Life and Dead, Goddess of Healing, i ask you to stop attacking my followers and withdraw your crusade against me. Otherwise i will be forced to react to your attacks.

I will not care about your voluntary attack against my undead, for now. But i will have the right to attack you if you continue to attack my followers as you did.

I did not attack your undead. I was quite specific in the targetting of only those--of whom there were many--who had not turned to your worship, and even then only the ones who were most pained and distressed by their resurrection.
The crusade was not of my doing, and I intend to put a stop to it in any case.

i can't imagin why the Allfather said such thing:
AllFather wrote: The power of Maeror washes over your undead
He was talking about MY undead, not general undeads...

What do you think i should understand that phrase?

I am not responsible for the content of messages that Xar delivers to you. All I can say is that I specifically attempted to aid the distressed souls of all except the undead that had turned to you.

As i said, i will pass over, for this time.
If your attacks against me will cease, i will not counterstrike.

Adomorn, I also wish to end the threat that Nor Yekith put in place. But exterminating all life in Nor Pupae would not accomplish that. To my knowledge, none of Nor Yekith's followers ever came out of Nor Pupae and caused any Mutations. I have no doubt they would have if ordered to do so, and I have no doubt they would have been ordered to do so. But they never did, and Nor Yekith is no longer going to give the order.

The problem is the mutagens/spores. Both of our lands were harmed when adventurers brought mutagens/spores out of Nor Pupae with them. These would remain even if you did manage to eliminate all life from Nor Pupae. And more adventurers - as well as many other groups and individuals - would go in to see what's there, and bring out the spores. All you will have accomplished is murder on a horrifying scale.

But, of course, your success is not a sure thing.
