Hail Denizens of the Plains of Ra!
I am named Huryn of the Mid Lands
I am unfamiliar with these plains and the ways of the peoples of these plains.
I see no sign that these ways have been frequented of late but I was told by a stranger that I would be sure of a warm reception should I choose to visit here. I have no reason to doubt that stranger, so here I stand.
Weapon-less and with my arms open, I offer you my greetings...

I have magically found myself on the wondrous plains of Ra.
Some day, I may feel that the time has come for me to overcome my unworthiness by asking to be presented.
Until that day, I will be true, I am already sure of my welcome.

Nevertheless, the Ramen appear cautious in their approach. I know that you know I am here!

Welcome, Huryn. Enjoy my vast self. And do let us know if you wish to present yourself to the Ranyhyn for consideration.
deer of the dawn, feelings of unworthiness are notorious for being difficult to overcome. They are even more notorious for being unearned. Good luck. We hope to see you present yourself soon.

Or you can come to the Plains, hit your head on the ground (this part is not necessary) and say something like "I'm unworthy, I can't even think I'm worthy, I need a Ranyhyn to think for me")

Don't you have to do that three times? Or is it that you have to wear sparkly red shoes...

Greetings to the Plains and to the tasty horses.
Am I going to get one?

Oh my.
This should be interesting.

This mustang is the best I could do. A not-quite-Ranyhyn for the imitation Lord Foul.

Oh, well done, Plains!

Upper-right cactus...
Commentary? Scenery?
Did Plains get fancy?
Channelling shark Bruce:

Don't call them tasty!

I have heard it said that "Courtesy is like a drink at a mountain stream". The Plains of Ra is truly a wonderous and courteous place.
Plains of Ra!
*Bows fully, then takes a knee*
"I humbly present myself for consideration to the Ranyhyn.

I've never actually ridden a horse. I sat on once, then it trod on my cousin's foot and she made such a fuss that I had to get off (we were about 10 at the time and on holiday). However, I'm willing to try a Ranyhyn as they seem very kind to non-riders.

Sounds suspiciously like apologies

I hope you don't expect me to let this matter rest calmly - not like I really hope for that, a figure of speech. Though, you see, I already have achievements here that make it all worthwhile, have you guessed what I mean or would you like to hear me elaborate on that?
Plains of Ra wrote:for the imitation Lord Foul.
Ah, but didn't I get treated exactly like in the books?

The Plains have special
Feelings for me, nice cacti
Could be expected

How sentimental
And also presumptuous
Of you and the shark
Reference and veiled
Meanings, you may see if you
Look for them, more scope
