Sorry for the delay, folks. I'll have results out before Monday night (otherwise, you're screwed, since class starts on Tuesday). To bide the time, I'm offering a little contest.
Rewrite the rules. The wording and format need an update, and the whole thing could be ordered better. The game has to stay the same, but you're allowed to add one new thing.
The reward: good rules (as I see it) will be incorporated. The person whose format I like the best will also receive a little something extra.
Deadline will be the first. All submissions should be posted publicly. According to your own desire or any feedback you receive (I will be offering my own), you may edit your submission until the deadline.

Results are out.
I didn't want to throw something that negative at you guys so early, but nobody responded to the 'lonely men' bit in the history thread. There might have been other factors in play as well. Not that anybody should've came out of it too poorly, but it didn't help most of you.
Now that the first three turns are out of the way, feel free to mess with each other a bit. I'll also be looking for and dinging you on perceived weaknesses now, so look out for that. And as you get closer to the full decimal mark, look for gains to be harder. Doing the same thing that increased your DSP last time might not do as much the next, or even show any noticeable change.

Well, looks like I held steady in growth this turn, but the things I set out to do were successful. My plans, such as they are, continue apace.
Thank you for results, Autarch. Very interesting...
I hope your first day of the new semester goes smoothly.

I don't even
remember the 'lonely men' bit.

Gotta pay more attention.

Speaking of which...
...is it possible to keep each turn's summary up, Autarch?
Instead of replacing it with the current turn's summary?
The History thread doesn't show on the orange dot tree that there is a new post when you edit, and as Fist hints at, it would be nice to be able to go back and see what you are referring to.
I do remember you mentioning the lonely men, but I thought that was something specifically for Libidinal and I tend not to interfere with others business...yet.

Sure, it's possible, and I imagine it would be nice. But I have a reason for doing it the way I do.

If it was just for Libidinal (which would be kind of pointless, as it looks like he's dropped out), it would've just been in Libidinal's results. Nope, I said specifically that you guys had your first city-wide event.

I wouldn't say the problem's exactly been solved, either, so...

...grumble...
Like the
Pantheon maps, I should have been saving the summaries from the beginning...

Only six days left and no one wants to take a crack at it? Or just waiting for the deadline?

I'm waiting for the weekend, so I can have the time to do it.
And, of course, I say that now... I slept all afternoon so I could be ready for an overnight maintenance window for work. There's a very good chance I'll be awake all night after this, and I'll be able to spend some quality time posting like a fiend to the Watch.

Deadline, for both the contest and turn submissions, is tonight. I highly recommend you get both in on time, as this looks to be a very interesting turn. Even if you don't think it's 'quite there yet' just send it or post it. I'll give until Friday night to work the bugs out.
Also, if you have more than one non-DSP action and need to post the accompanying story, all supporting narratives should be posted on the 1st. If a player is submitting his or her turn late, then nothing in the turn may refer or relate to something another player posted publicly, even if the player had planned on doing that thing beforehand.
As a reminder, supporting narratives are required when a player takes more than one non-DSP action that involves something new and potentially game changing. "Ahab should keep hunting for the great white whale," or "Mathilda takes up crocheting as a hobby," would not require narratives, for example. Also, the narratives only need to describe the non-DSP actions beyond the first (a 'freebie'). And this only applies to your high priests if you give them some kind of laundry list to do. Supporting narratives are never required for DSP use.

Turn sent.
I'm having trouble thinking of a rule change that doesn't boil down to 'Chime wins!'

That's fine. I'll take it as a sign that nothing's missing.

You can still qualify for the prize by submitting the rules in a nice, organized, easy to read format.

And Kai, Diana, and Viralei? Although Diana has a nasty stomach flu thing going on this weekend.

Spelling does count, Fist
Song's name is spelt Virelai,
