Leon was simply great. When Besson is good he's great! But when he's had he's awful.Skyweir wrote:I love Luc Besson just watched Lucy .. and love 5th Element .. sound track is absolutely brilliant.
Will definitely look for the Billboard one too

Yes Pete, experimentalists can get in their own way. I liked Jean Reno in Leon, and most other things he has been in.
I am a bit on the tired side today. I have to get to bed earlier tonight. Too long spent in front of a bloody tv last night.

I'm guessing that there must be a lot of dwellings in amongst heavily tree'd areas in California for the loss count to be so high? Absolutely devastating - they are in our thoughts.
UK high Street supermarket giant Sainsbury's have become the first big food retailer to introduce a range of insect based products onto the shelves in their stores. This, they say, is the future of food, and has a rich savory barbecue flavour and tastes great. Well, in the words of Jules from Pulp Fiction, I don't care if it tastes like pumpkin pie I won't be eating the motherf.............!

.....of which delicacy I happen to be the master preparator! Beat it well, season it plenty, serve it soft, fill it with cheese. Perfection on a plate!

Yes Sky we will catch up for sure. Pete, an omelette is transformed with seasoning and a shallot! ..... and it helps if you know how to cook.
I hope the people on the Sentinel Islands are left alone.
And I think that while Northern Ireland is the greatest pain in the arse for Brexit, it would be fair to say that NI has come a long way in the last 20 years. Yes there are soccer clubs which highlight sectarian hooliganism, and there are thugs who are more interested in drug money than political outcomes. NI affecting Brexit is a very natural issue. Belfast, you are a slapper. But I love you.

I don't do omelettes. Not much of one for egg things really. And while I'd probably try a bug (the reality is that it is almost certain that we will eventually be meeting most of our protein requirements with insect protein) it's not really my idea of a great meal.
(Nor do I do offal, or any kind of organ meat. Fussy, that's me.

Youre probably right but am hoping that eventuality will be 100s of years in the future.
Though it makes sense to reduce animal farming .. I dont see that industry dismantling itself .. for ethical or environmental reasons.
Plus most people dont need to eat the volume of meat many do... in fact I think humans can get by without meat all together.. So long as there exists a demand, I cant see this industrys collapse any time soon.
