So I am NOW Justified in open war against Nor and Merielle now that Nor has declared hsi alliance with her? Also should Argothtoh or Asta agree, they are fair game as well?

Yes, you see my point. Nor's attempt at honestly loving all natural things would fail miserably, and hurt him in the process.

You are justified in open war against Nor; as for Melirelle, however, she hasn't declared anything yet - it's just Nor who declared she is his ally. Unless she admits this is the case, or acts against someone, she is to be considered neutral - after all, Nor could have equally said "I and Vadhaka have an alliance" or "I and Maeror have an alliance". If Argothoth, Melirelle and/or Asta agree, they are fair game as well, yes.

Actually, Asta is already fair game, since he broke the Law against Maeror...

EDIT: Nor, yes, a formal declaration of war breaks the Law since it is the prelude to hostile action. "Standard" threats and barbs - such as those exchanged between Bhakti and Nor, or Asta and Nor - are not enough to warrant a breaking of the Law.

Since there was a bit of confusion on this part, I'll allow a retraction to the declaration (especially since the new turn isn't over yet, obviously).
