Emotional Leper brought a kind of energy to the Watch that I had not seen since the glory days of Darth Revan (around when I joined). Some would see that as a negative comparison, but I see it as a positive one.

For those of you who didn't know Revan: he could be abrasive at times, and yes, he ticked off some people, but he also made KW a very engaging place to visit. I viewed EL in a similar way.

EL loved to kick the anthill to see what would happen. ;)

Me too.
Me three. And I'd like to add that he was barking mad and had the most random and funny responses. I miss giggling that much at my computer and having others in the room where I work wonder about my sanity.

Except Darth had a certain charm about him.

I don't miss anyone because once everybody started changing their names around last year I figure that anyone could still be here.

I myself have been about 30 different people here. I think I still retain about 3.

I agree in the sense that EL thought of us as ants and himself as the vastly superior being, capable of kicking down our theoretical hill.

Yeah, Rev was much more fun, back in the day.

Browsing back through these pages, I saw that thefirst was mentioned. I'm sad that she has apparently left for good. She was one of the last (new) members I connected with.

Maybe not in this thread, but I'm pretty sure I saw Lucimay wondering where you were somewhere.

Welcome home, Drew!

Hey, drew, good to see you. Guess you came back just in time for the (possible) collapse of the Harper government. Heh.

Thanks you dear.

I've been lurking for a few weeks now.

I doubt if I will find myself posting as much as I used to, but I'll try to keep in touch at the very least.

Wow, I never got that impression at all. He struck me as young, but not as conceited. He had a wit about him, but I saw a good deal of self-deprecation there. Weird. I'll have to read back through his posts to see if I could see any of that.

The posts that you would see it in have been deleted by mods, and for good reason.

Yeah... I wouldn't say I wanted him gone, but he was quite cocky and self-important at times. It was the attitude of someone immature and inexperienced who believes themselves very mature.
