I don't really care about two threads, but that's me.

I feel pretty good. I got gummy bears, I'm watching elections for the US presidential race, and I hung out with ......*bum bum BUUUUM* a girl who might be interested in me.

Gummy Bears are good, but I like Gummy Worms better, especially the sour ones. I feel ok despite the recent bouts of insomnia I've had lately. I think it's some branch of Murphy's Law, as soon as my doctor tells me that I need to get on a better sleep schedule, I start waking up at 3am and can't go back to sleep. I've resorted to drinking coffee, which I don't normally do, because even though I can't sleep, I can't seem to really get motivated to do anything. Ah well, onward and upward.

May i suggest melatonin, 3mg tabs...a very nice non-addictive form of sleep aid. When i get stressed out with school i'll use melatonin and it helps.

I've been having the same problem. It's frustrating, because I really like doing creative stuff, such as poetry, but my brain's so tired I only have the energy to do schoolwork or read books. I do have an oral exam coming at the end of the month, and I'm trying to make sure I pass Biology, so maybe that's what's keeping me up. Still, at this point I'm less concerned about school and just want to sleep.

I'm also exercising less, due to frequent studying. Perhaps the excess energy is keeping me up.

Just got back from a doctor's appointment, had a follow up on an ongoing problem. I'm pleased to announce that I'm improved, and hopefully only have one more follow up if all continues to go well.

I feel like it's been a looooooong day.

Early start with the kids, a bit of housework, ironing, work (which was like a zoo today) and home at 9.30pm.

However, there is a bright spot at the end of the day, a couple of whisky's to wind down with

Get well soon to all the ill Watchers - I hate being ill, and have every simpathy for those who are not feeling 100%

I also do not care to split it into two threads. If we do so, I feel like no one would read the "feeling bad" thread, that it would just be the people who were in a bad mood who would look at it. I don't feel like that's a good decision.

:goodpost:

I think this thread gives everyone a chance to send out positive vibes to everyone that is feeling a bit down.

I'm excited. I am going to look at an apartment today and then hopefully either tomorrow or saturday I will be looking at another. Even cooler than that? Tonight's apartment is a block away from Lucimay and the one I have yet to schedule is IN HER BUILDING! Can you say block party? 8O

Don't you ever think about buying an apartment/house? Or is the cost prohibitive where you live?

I always seem to think that home ownership in the UK is more affordable than in the USA. Is that the case?
